Take a romantic stroll and boat ride surrounded by nature – Khao Ngu Stone Park

If you love nature, then you’ll definitely not want to miss this out!

It’s a stunning park (you’ll be amazed by the snake-shaped stone mountains), and you can take a boat out along the lake and go boating among these gigantic beautiful rocks. Taking couple shots from this angle makes for amazing, up-close-and-personal photographs!

But of course, you can also stroll around the park instead. Enjoy the natural serenity that the place brings, and the park is also filled with big Buddha statues – so there’s really a feeling of zen in your overall experience!

Go on a relaxing farm date at this “dreamy” farm – The Scenery Vintage Farm

One reason why The Scenery Vintage Farm is the perfect place for a date is due to its peaceful atmosphere and abundance of activities here.

Love animals? Have fun feeding them – including sheep, lamb, horse, duck and fish – and watching a Sheep and Dog Show. (PS: Although horse riding is offered, we don’t encourage anyone above 20kg to ride it due to the horses’ small size).

An active or creative person? At the DIY corner, you can decorate your own stuffed toys, paint on cotton bags or even make a doll from sheep wool. There are also six carnival games you can try your hands (and luck) on.

Want to relax? Visit their cafes for some refreshments or try their famous sheep milk ice-cream (which tastes delicious!). But for something more special, go picnicking at the river (Priced at 888 baht / USD $28.80 for 2 people). (FYI, picnicking at the river must be reserved 1 day in advance).

PS: We highly recommend that you stay one night here. It’s unbelievably romantic. The Merino Villa for example, is a beeeeautiful villa that gives you romantic soaks in the tub with your partner, while you enjoy views of the meadows and roaming sheep. If you’d like, you could also have a romantic little BBQ and stargazing on the rooftop at night too!

Make your own candle for your DIY candlelight dinner back home – Baan Hom Tien

Who says romantic candlelit dinners can only be done in restaurants? At Baan Hom Tien, you’ll be able to create your own unique candles at the candle-making workshop station and use it for your candlelit dinner or romantic times back home.

Here, you’ll also find a market, souvenir and food shop. There’s the coolest little shop selling knick-knacks from patchwork shoulder bags to wooden utensils – perfect for heartfelt Valentine’s or Birthday gift ideas!

The whole set-up is wonderful too and has this retro/vintage vibe about it – lots of old-school Coca Cola signs, colourful vintage candy containers and rusted (in a good way) signs and prints. Great for couple shots!

PS: Every ticket comes with a free candle! Bonus!

See and feed giraffes (among other animals) from up close – Giraffe Cafe

Just like its name, the main highlight here are their giraffes. Not only can you meet and feed giraffes from up close, but you can also take a two-shot picture with them (don’t worry… they’re friendly!).

Other than giraffes, you can also find swans, angora goats, ponies and Japanese carps here.

Not thrilling enough? Try their Zipline Tower!

If you get tired mid-way, stop by the cafe for some refreshments. Doesn’t a giraffe-shaped cake and a cup of Thai Milk Tea sound amazing? 😀

Editor’s Note: TripCanvas is strongly against animal cruelty, and we strongly urge everyone to treat these animals gently – and make sure that they are handled with love and care. If you have seen signs that the animals are not being well taken care of, please highlight it to us immediately.

If the animals are uncomfortable with you, please do not force them to take pictures with you. Please also do not feed animals food that might not be part of their natural diet. We urge you to write to us if you see anything that makes you uncomfortable – we will do our best to report the truth, and fight for their rights together.

Romance your lover by the lake with delicious food and live music – Inlaya Bar & Grill

End your day-trip by romancing your beloved with some fine music and delectable Western and Thai dishes.

Not sure what to get? What about Caesar Salad and Salmon Steak (for Western food) or Steamed Curry Fish in Coconut and Spicy Salad (for Thai food)? Either or, don’t forget to pair them with a refreshing glass of wine or beer (or a non-alcoholic drink for those driving). It’ll make the night even more amazing. 😉

You can also feed fish and go boating – in case you’re not hungry when you reach here. Note that there’s a small fee you’ll have to pay for some of these activities.

PS: We recommend coming here in the afternoon so you can enjoy both the chill afternoon vibes and romantic night vibes of the place.
