It’s SHOPPING TIME!! And this time, we’ve visited one of our favourite shopping areas in Bangkok – Chatuchak! But we won’t be talking about Chatuchak Market. Today, we’re taking you to Mixt Chatuchak, the newest mall in the area that opened in August 2019.
What’s great about this air-conditioned mall is that it’s open every day from 10am to 10pm. It’s also right beside Chatuchak Market and opposite the Children’s Discovery Museum – making it very easy to get to when you want to shop at a new place or a quick break from the heat.
Note: Best of all, some stores in this mall also has a store in Chatuchak Market itself! So instead of waiting until the weekend to shop at your favourite store, you can now shop whenever you feel like it!

Nothing feels better than coming back to a comfy home. So why not decorate your abode with cute bedding, pop art wall decorations, aesthetically pleasing vases and colourful flowers to make it even comfier? You can find a wide array of bedroom and bathroom items from slippers and bathrobes to bath bombs and aromatherapy too.
Mixt Chatuchak also sells electronics, including mobile phones, earphones and cables.
5. Something a little interesting – Uniforms
Need to embroider a logo for your office or group jackets or shirts? Or maybe buy some chef and/or waitress uniforms for your new restaurant? How about getting a bulk of T-shirts designed for a school group? Get them here!
6. Yummy treats for the hungry ones – Food
Feeling nibbly? Or want something heavy? There are loads of eating places you can choose from – from restaurants and cafes to the food court and 7-11 – so take your pick and eat your fill before you continue shopping.
7. Give your legs and hands some love – Beauty & Relaxation Area
Give your legs a break by getting them massaged at one of the massage shops in Mixt Chatuchak. Or else, you can also have your nails done at the nail parlour (from 199 baht) as you rest your legs.
8. Every day is the perfect day for giving! – Gifts
Whether it’s for your loved one’s birthday, Christmas or Valentine’s gift, or a souvenir from Thailand, you can find all sorts of things fit for all occasions here. Thai snacks? Elephant-patterned cushion covers and scarves? Birthday mugs? Definitely, and much more!
