1. For the guys and gals – Local prices with a unique variety of designs!

Did you know that Union Mall is one of the malls locals shop at? We saw local girls walking past with their shopping bags while on several trips there. This means good prices (slightly cheaper than Platinum Mall) and unique variety of designs!

Guys, if you’re looking to shop, or accompanying your girlfriend -you’re not forgotten! Here you’ll find men’s clothes, bags and shoes too.

If you’re looking for bridal clothes and accessories, Union Mall has some really great shops with gorgeous bridal dresses for the ladies and suits for the men. There are also stores selling bridal accessories for wedding photo shoots and photo booth props too.

Lastly, if you love a good treasure hunt and bargain, there’s a whole vintage section on the upper floors!

2. You’ll love the shopping experience – It’s comfortable and effortless

One of the things we appreciated was how comfortable it was to shop here. No squeezing through small lanes just to explore the shops and what’s on offer.

It’s also always nice to shop in air-conditioned places. :p no sweating in the Bangkok heat!

3. Looking to get your gel manicure done? – Plenty of great mani-pedi shops here!

On the 4th floor, walk around and you’ll see lots of little mani-pedi shops offering classic mani-pedis to gel mani-pedis. For those who love a good gel mani-pedi, you have to get your nails done here! A gel manicure costs from 250 Baht! (That’s SGD$10 and MYR30. Crazy.)

4. Hair makeover, eyelash extensions, waxing and more – Hair and beauty salons

Apart from eyelash extensions, if you’re thinking of getting your hair done, there are some hair salons here to get the dye job or hair cut you’ve been thinking of. There are also beauty salons where you can get your body hair waxed, brows done, or simply to enjoy a relaxing facial while on holiday!

PS: For frequent Bangkok travellers, they have IPL services here, if you’re thinking of hair removal at lower prices compared to those in your home country

5. The shopping doesn’t stop when you leave the mall – Union Mall Night Market

Recently, a new type of night market has started sprouting up all over Bangkok. These are known as student night markets where local university students get together to sell things they love and love to make.

There’s one at Union Mall that starts everyday at 6pm! It’s a small-ish student night market, but there’s definitely nice and interesting things on offer. From dog collars to trendy clothes, accessories, sunglasses and more – you won’t walk away without getting something, we’re sure.
