8. Live large for one night and hop on a boat to a cool restaurant – Black Ginger Phuket

Now this is truly something not to be missed. The only way to access the restaurant is by boat, and just look at its gleaming decor.

It feels like you’re being shipped off to Atlantis and have dinner with the greek gods so you’ll be surprised to find they only serve Thai food. However, those that have been there agree that the environment was otherworldly, as was the food.
