1. Dine beneath the stars with breathtaking views of Patong Bay – La Gritta Restaurant
Fall deeper in love with Italian food (and each other) at this trendy, ocean-facing restaurant.

5. A view of heaven, from heaven – Heaven Restaurant & Bar
Dine with the breathtaking views of Kata Noi Beach, Kata Beach and Karon Beach.
Located just below Phuket’s famous Karon Viewpoint, is this hidden gem serving a selection of Thai, Italian and Russian dishes.
With a rooftop terrace built onto the top of the hill, sit opposite your loved one peering into one another’s eyes – and down at the heavenly views of the bays below.
The white-washed wooden decking brings the idea of the white-sand of the beach below up to where you sit. The trendy decor and softly playing music combine to create the perfect romantic atmosphere for a dinner date.

6. Eat like royalty with this luxury-dining experience – Baan Rim Pa Patong
From the same restaurant group that brought you Joe’s Downstairs… Baan Rim Pa is ready to serve you their award-winning Royal Thai Cuisine.
They have 2 fine-dining eateries are in both Kalim and Patong. For sparkling ocean views, dine from the cliff-side of their Patong restaurant – with panoramic views of the big blue from every table.

7. Easy eating at this grilled seafood restaurant (with a Japanese twist) – Kan Eang @ Pier Restaurant
Located on the coast of Chalong bay, this long-standing restaurant oozes romantic ambience.
The restaurant’s name of ‘Kan Eang’ roughly translates to ‘ease’ or ‘easy going’, a term embodied by the calm and yet attentive service from the staff from the moment of entry.
Here you can wind down with a glass of wine and some baked Phuket lobster, all within the restaurant’s luxurious, beautifully updated and embellished decor.
It started out as one man and his daily catch, followed by a barbecue on the beach with his friends. Today, it’s one of Phuket’s most renowned seafood restaurants. Whilst it’s come a long way from a barbecue on the beach, the barbecuing methods of their early days remain key to their highly rated cuisine.

Listen to the calming sound of lapping waves, and music playing from beneath a palm tree canopy – while you tuck into a plate of calamari fritters, served with fresh lemon and a saffron aioli.

On the coastal road just south of Kamala, is Sunset Grill by Hyatt Regency Phuket.
Don’t be put off by the restaurant’s elevated position. It can be tricky to reach, but that’s easily solved by the hotel’s free shuttle service. And it will be so worth the journey up the hill…
The restaurant’s hilltop position means that it has exceptional, panoramic views of the resort and the big blue below.
